I, the Participant, on my own behalf and on behalf of my family, heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby irrevocably agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Hoops4Camp, Camp Simcha, Chai Lifeline, its successors, and their respective officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses or expenses which arise directly or indirectly out of my participation and my family's participation in the Event to the maximum extent permitted by law. I do not have any health problems which make it dangerous to me or to others for me to participate in the Event.
